Note: The arrest report is submitted by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office. The persons named have been charged with a crime but have not been convicted.

Tuesday, July 8

No arrests.

Wednesday, July 9

Derek Edward Adams, 35, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged pursuant to a local warrant/motion to adjudicate guilt for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 under one gram.

Mark Alan Hutto, 41, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged pursuant to a local bench warrant for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

Marlon David Colbert, 40, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged pursuant to a local bench warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Lacrista Machelle Fountain, 42, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged pursuant to a local warrant for failure to appear on a charge of theft of property valued at \$2,500 or more but less than \$30,000.

Dejuan Deonta Wigfall, 35, was arrested by the Carthage Police Department and charged with public intoxication and pursuant to local warrants for no driver’s license (unlicensed), expired registration, and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Thursday, July 10

Sean Aberill Hooker, 47, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged pursuant to a local grand jury indictment for bail jumping and failure to appear – felony. Subject was released on a \$500 personal recognizance bond.

Justin Dewayne Ferrell, 27, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged pursuant to a local grand jury indictment for bail jumping and failure to appear – felony. Subject was released on a \$500 personal recognizance bond.

Nicholas Dane Keller, 40, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged with theft of property valued at \$2,500 or more but less than \$30,000 and tampering with identification numbers on personal property.

Brandon Myers Gibson, 31, was arrested by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office and charged pursuant to a local warrant for assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
